How to update your email signature via Outlook accessed through a web browser

Copy the email signature template below.

In Outlook web, navigate to Settings and select View all Outlook settings.

Click 'Email' and then 'Compose and reply'.

Select the text box and paste the email signature template.

Tick so the box is red for ‘Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose’. Tick so the box is red for ‘Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to’.

Once the template is copied into Outlook, fill out your relevant contact details.

Select Save at the bottom of the page.

How to update your font in an email template

After you have saved your signature, scroll down to ‘Message format’.

In the font options, select ‘Century Gothic’ from the drop-down box

In the font size, choose your preference between 10-12

Select Save at the bottom of page.
